Hello,
I use SIP Reviews Shortcode Pro WooCommerce,
I enable theaded comments on my WordPress website.
I answer from the backoffice of WordPress (tab comments)
The name displayed on the back office is correct.
But the name of the replier diplayed on the frontend is always the same as the one who wrote the comment.

I bought it on Envato Market and i use the the version 1.4.9 from Envato WordPress Toolkit.
I renewed the support recently.

Hello, I’m still waiting impatiently for the new update.
Do not forget to include the ability to respond to a comment.
As a reminder, currently, when we respond to a comment, the name of the respondent is the same as the writer of the comment.

I have already added the ability to respond to a comment.
Respond only can provide by admin and shop manager, that option will be hide for customer.
In upcoming update we will include that option.

I remind you that the main title of the subject is: “When i reply to a comment in the dashboard of WordPress. The name of the replier is wrong.”

In fact when we answer from the dashboard, the name displayed on the back office is correct but the name displayed on the product page is the same as the customer.

Can you fix this bug?

That issue is already resolved in upcoming update, but sorry that update is tacking some time due to major update.
