Hello
I have set these the trigger emails so i send to customers after 7 days starting from today.
Will it also send out to all older customers?

Hi Michael Lauritzen,
That email will only send to that customer who have purchase after creating that rule, if you want to send mail to older customer then you have need to create new rule with status “process sip email rules”

Can you help with that rule? We talk all customers. Exept the last 4 days.

How does the process sip email rule work.

What is the rule condition here ? So i do not overlap with my current Follow Ups  rule that set to 7 days.

I got it all setup corectly but no emails are comming when i push it and nothing in the log. Test emails work fine. Please advice.

you have need to set subtotal is greater then 0 or 1.

For old order which is you have mark as completed or precess you have need to change order status manually like you can see in given below screenshot. https://shopitpress.com/docs/sip-advanced-email-rules-woocommerce/#Triggering_email_rules_manually

Thes worked you have need to set subtotal is greater then 0 or 1.

So it needs to be like that for the follow ups with 7 days delay as well?

currently it send mail after x days of order placed, for example if you have set 30 days, then email will be send after 30 days of place order.
